Reserve all rights in connection with the
exhibition from time to time

Exhibition timing will be from 10.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on all days except the opening day. However on the first day it will start at 12 p.m.

Exterior shell will be made available for display of exhibits at 7.30 a.m. on the opening day of the exhibition. In the event of a participant not taking possession of his stall (s) by 10.00 a.m. on the opening day of the exhibition, the Organisers reserve their right to allot vacant stall (s) to another party.

Stalls are not transferable

The allotment of stalls is the sole discretion of the organisers.

The participants would make their own arrangement for display of banners.

No exhibitor will be allowed to change the exterior layout, paint the exterior or interior, or even change the format. No painting or retouching of the exterior shell will be permitted at the Exhibition.

Any damage to the structure, furniture or fittings in the Exhibition Hall during the period of the Exhibition will be liable for damages.

Stalls are not transferable, neither will they be allowed to be shared by any unauthorised party. All one-side open stalls will have one facia per stall and two-side open stalls two facia per stall.

Organisers will make all necessary security arrangements. However, participants will be responsible for the security of their exhibits and cash during the Exhibition hours. Adequate arrangements for security of exhibits will be made for all the nights of the exhibition by deploying security personnel of some private security by the Organisers. However, no security would be provided after the last day of the exhibition.

All disputes pertaining to or arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be decided by the sole arbitrator namely Shri Harash Gupta Advocate, 74 Todarmal Road, Near Bengali Market as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Arbitrator shall decide the dispute in consonance with the principal of natural justice at New Delhi

All dues are to be cleared by the participants before the close of the Exhibition. In case any participant does not clear his / her dues before the close of the Exhibition on the last day the organisers have every right to confiscate their goods or to recover the amount due by forcible lifting their material from any other successive exhibition or from the private premises of the participants on any future date, in doing so the organisers will not attract any legal proceedings as this clause is the part of the contract.

Settlement of Sales Tax, as payable on the sale of good during the Exhibition, will be the sole responsibility of the participants.

Service Charge (Tax) as applicable will be charged extra.

Space will have to be vacated by the participants within three hours of the close of the Exhibition.
