RULES AND REGULATIONS

SARHA INDIA (SARHA MARKETING SERVICES)
Reserve all rights in connection with
SHOWCASE INDIA – THE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT & FINANCE EXHIBITION organised from time to time.

 

Stalls shall be handed over to the participants by 7 a. m. on the opening day of the fair.

Organizers reserve right to change the layout plan, dates & venue of the fair without attracting any penalty for the same.

Organizers reserve the right to cancel the bookings of any participants without giving any reason.

Stalls can not be shared or sublet by the participants and shall be used only for the display of material for which the stalls are booked.

Payment of Sales Tax / VAT if applicable shall be done directly by the participants.

All payments are to be made in the name of SARHA MARKETING SERVICES.
